I placed an order for some items that I didn’t realize I’d chosen to pay cash for- I always pay with a credit card and this time for me was no different. The delivery was made, however I thought the matter was settled. I then took the order. I proceeded to reorder part of the order because it was not correct upon arrival. Instead of telling me that the original order would be deducted from the balance I paid for the second order, it was charged unauthorized for the wrong order. After trying to resolve the issue I was hung up on and placed on hold more times than I can count, I STILL placed the order because I love the food so much and still wanted to order. For the third order it was in placed status for an hour AFTER I called and let the store know I was placing a third order. After which I had to call to find out the order was cancelled!!! Over 80 spent unauthorized for food that was incorrect in the first place!! I love Domino’s, not sure what to do as this is the only location that delivers to me- the service was unmatched at being terrible and the manager responsible could have handled this matter a whole lot better…

I don’t want a free item I just want you to do better, having worked at a Dominos before I know poor effort and attention to detail when it comes to preparing food. I ordered carry out, and when I got there I was greeted by the worker with the purple/pink hair which was nice, thank you for that, talked to the older worker at the register, seemed nice, paid for the food, asked for napkins and he said they had no napkins…asked for a plastic bag to put items in, got a paper bag instead, not a big deal but come on man, and then when I went to check the food out the pizza was undercooked(I should’ve asked for it well done) and it was so sloppily cut that I could not pull it apart without making a mess(could’ve used some napkins), don’t usually post bad reviews but this one hurt my old dominos pride, do better please.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s multiple times, both for delivery and pickup, and I’m extremely disappointed with the consistent poor service and lack of care. The biggest issue is the wait time. Every single order takes twice as long (or more) than the estimated time shown online. This has happened repeatedly, whether I order for pickup or delivery. Even worse is the food handling and quality control. I’ve witnessed staff touching food directly with bare hands without gloves. Tonight (Thursday, May 14, around 12:37 AM), one of the pizza boxes had clearly fallen, the cheese was scattered everywhere and stuck all over inside of the box. Instead of remaking or replacing it, they simply sent it out as-is for a customer order. An older man was also handling/stocking the pickup and delivery orders on the shelf. The entire staff at this location comes across as careless and indifferent to customers. There’s zero attention to hygiene, quality, or basic standards. It feels like they just want to get orders out the door regardless of condition. Very disappointed

This location has to be a joke! & someone here is stealing from customers. If it’s happened to me I know it’s happen to someone else and maybe it’s been overlooked by the customer. I’m advising now to look into this or I will contact the police and the news outlets to get this location on the news and spread awareness about this issue! I placed an order, left clear instructions for the delivery that weren’t followed, along 2nd number for my Wife that was also ignored. I’m a Restaurant General Manager & was at work when this order was placed so I knew I wouldn’t be available. Never received our order! I called the restaurant & spoke with a manager who told me “Joseph” told him he sat the order in the hallway by the mailboxes! Seriously! Nasty & unsanitary! Why would you even leave a customers food on the ground!? You train your staff to do that and expect business? I even had our apartment # on the instructions, he didn’t even try to knock. The manager I spoke with advised me he issued a refund, I had to turn around and spend $50 more dollars at another establishment. Now almost 24hrs later I just received notification from my bank of a $10 extra charge as a tip! I never authorized

I need a store rep or manager to reach out to me. Feel free to respond to this review with how I can get in touch with someone who can address this issue. When you call the store they pick up the phone without asking you to hold and just let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes now. And if you call back they do the same thing. I haven't even gotten to address my issue with someone in store simply because thy wont answer the phone. I placed an order for delivery over an hour before close and then they wait 50 minutes to cancel my order, not give a reason why, and now anywhere else I could have ordered is now closed because they waited almost an hour to decide they weren't going to make the order I placed. Which is odd because not long after I placed it they said the order was on the oven. Then it said quality check. Then said my order was being made again. And then cancelled. Its unacceptable service from a restaurant. And now me n mine i guess dont get to have dinner tonight. 🙃 Domino's please make this right.
